Drop in a PDF or image. It lands on local disk or S3, and its content type is verified against the actual file bytes — not just a trusted header.
Extract
AI reads the document against a fixed response schema, returning structured supplier, invoice, and line-item data.
Reconcile
The extracted record is matched against your ERP data and scored — a clean match clears automatically, a mismatch surfaces for review.
Isolation is the default, not an option
- Every request is scoped to the caller’s tenant — there is no code path that reads across tenant databases.
- Access and refresh tokens are typed, so a refresh token can’t be replayed as an access token.
- Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available per user, checked before a session is issued.
- Errors are normalized before they reach the client — no stack traces or raw database errors leak out.
